What landscape and outdoor services do you offer?

F. & Sons is a full-service landscape company offering recurring property maintenance as well as landscape design and installation services. Depending on the property and scope of work, our services may include mowing, seasonal cleanups, shrub and hedge work, light tree work, mulching, river rock installation or refresh, sod installation, planting, bed renovation, and custom outdoor improvement projects.

How does your lawn and property maintenance service work?

Our maintenance program is designed to keep your property looking clean, healthy, and well cared for throughout the season. We work on a recurring schedule and review each property regularly to determine when service is needed based on growth, weather, and overall conditions.

Do you offer per-cut mowing?

No. We do not offer per-cut mowing service. Our company is structured around recurring maintenance so we can properly manage the property over the course of the season and deliver a higher level of consistency and care.

How often will my property be serviced?

Properties are reviewed on a regular basis throughout the season. During peak growing periods, service may be more frequent. During slower growth periods, the property may not require the same level of attention every week. Our goal is to service the property when it needs it, not to force unnecessary visits.

How is billing handled?

Our maintenance services are billed on a monthly subscription basis during the season. You are not paying for a fixed number of cuts each month. You are investing in ongoing property maintenance, with service performed as needed to keep the property in optimal condition.

What is included in routine mowing service?

Routine service generally includes mowing, trimming around edges and obstacles, and blowing off walkways, driveways, and other hard surfaces so the property is left looking neat and complete.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not require signed long-term contracts, and clients may cancel service at any time during the season. To avoid being charged for an upcoming month, cancellation requests should be submitted before the first of that month, since monthly invoices are issued on the first during the active season.

How do I get started?
